The Hunger Games by Suzanne CollinsMy rating: 5 of 5 stars
I loved this book. It is set in a future U.S. where the new territories pay tribute to the government. Each year a boy and girl from each territory are sent to the capitol to participate in a fight to the death, The Hunger Game. The territory of the winner is given extra food, etc. Reminded me a little of the Running Man by Stephen King.
