Vegetable Soup with Parmesan Toasts















Spiced Chicken with Couscous Salad















Creamy fettuccine with leeks, corn, and arugula
















Grilled Steak, Mushroom, and Green Bean Salad
















This recipe is kind of a throw in whatever you like kind of thing. Brown Rice Pasta...i used the long tube shaped pastaVegetables...i used green beans, snap peas, broccoli, zucchini, red bell pepper ( use whatever you like or have)****put some olive oil, garlic, and a little water in a wok and bring to a boil to get steam...toss in broccoli, green beans, and zucchini and steam for 1-3 minutes...then add snap peas and bell pepper and steam for 1-2 minutes...remove from heat, splash with cool water and serve over pasta...I like the veggies really crisp and not wilted...cook to your liking.toss together pasta, veggies, and feta cheese I've made this a couple of times lately...its a quick, easy, light meal and is yummy!!
