Weekly Recipes #59 - Nathan

Day1: (prepare day 2 recipe to marinate for next day)
Tofu Lime Ceviche
(Jill and I couldn't resist we love this oldie but goody)

Day 2:
Sriracha-Grilled Tofu

Serve with rice and saut├ęd bock choy (use some sesame seed oil for flavor and a few red pepper flakes for a little heat)

Day 3:

Red Curry-Glazed Salmon

Serve with:

Bok Choy and Pineapple Slaw
